Marie-Pierre Rixain
Deputy (Renaissance) of the fourth constituency of Essonne, former president of the Delegation for Women’s Rights and Equal Opportunities for Men and Women (2017-2022) of the National Assembly, author and rapporteur of the law of 24 December 2021 to accelerate economic and professional equality.
Marie-Pierre Rixain is a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies of Toulouse and Celsa. She also holds a DESS in parliamentary life (Paris II). Elected for the first time MP in June 2017, re-elected in 2022, she was previously an independent public communication consultant, working on health networks. She sits on the Committee on Cultural Affairs and Education of the National Assembly.
