Liz Gebhard

Liz Gebhard is an executive with over 20 years’ experience as a business and thought leader in Forbes Top 20 Industry leading companies. In her 11 years with Amazon, she has led global business and program teams and established a proven track record of leading multi-billion, multi-function businesses in the US, EU, and WW, developing leaders, leading C-Suite negotiations, delivering results, and building new features and products to delight customers. Liz now leads the Amazon International Stores teams that drive DEI efforts across 38+ countries and over 45,000 employees.

Prior to Amazon, Liz worked at Target and held a variety of roles across supply chain, technology, business leadership and Omnichannel strategy. Based in London, she is also a founding member of Chief UK, a leading organization dedicated to supporting the advancement of Women in senior/C-suite roles and Impact Ventures Group, a collective of angel inventors focused on closing the gender gap in the startup ecosystem.
