Kat Borlongan

Kat’s philosophy is that technology can and should be a powerful vector for systemic change. In that regard, she is Chief Impact Officer at Contentsquare, an emerging digital analytics giant. She is also board member of the European Innovation Council, an Obama Leader and angel investor specialized in ESG. A national of both France and the Philippines, she has led presidential initiatives for both countries: She served under the Macron administration as Director of La French, a government-led mission built to bolster France’s startup ecosystem. She also spearheaded Developers vs. Haiyan, a 500-strong tech volunteer program for disaster relief initiatives in the Philippines. Older hats include co-founder of open innovation agency Five by Five (acquired by Cap Gemini) and Techstars Entrepreneur-in-residence. Last year, she was named by UNESCO as one of the 50 Minds of the Next 50 Years.
