Dr. Alina Matyukhina

Dr. Alina Matyukhina is a leading expert in the field of cybersecurity and is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity activities at Siemens Smart Infrastructure’s Building Products business unit. She has established and currently leads a global organization of cybersecurity professionals at Siemens SI BP. She has been advocating for security in the context of IoT and “smart” technologies for many years. Her credentials include “Cyber Security Woman of the Year 2022” and her name has been added to the prestigious “Forbes 30 under 30 2023” list. With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Canadian Institute of Cybersecurity, Alina is also Chair of the “Smart Cities & Infrastructure” working group at the Swiss Cyber Institute, and an ambassador for the Women in Tech Switzerland initiative. Her work has been widely recognized, featured in major publications such as Forbes, World Economic Forum and Bilanz.
