Caroline is the Founder & Chief Equity Officer at Women in Governance (WiG), Canada’s non-profit created in 2010 with mission to help women access decision-making bodies. In 2017 WiG developed the first North American Parity Certification with the probono support of McKinsey&Company to close the gender gap in the workplace in corporate Canada and America. Accenture, Mercer and Willis Towers Watson support WiG’s team in the evaluation process and reporting that positively impacted more than 700,00 employees. Caroline has addressed audiences across the globe, including two TEDx (100K views). She is the recipient of numerous awards from prestigious organizations such as the United Nations’ Women’s Committee or the New Delhi Women’s Economic Forum. Caroline has also been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, one of Canada’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs Changing the World, one of 75 Great Immigrants and one of Quebec’s Top 20 Diverse People.
