Cheryl has worked for many large organisations including the BBC, Apple, News UK and Microsoft. Her roles ranged from running their traditional IT departments to large scale digital transformation projects.
More recently she worked for HSBC on their digital transformation enabling the use of cloud technology to increase digital journeys for HSBC’s global retail bank. She has recently joined Polystream to run their platform and live ops team. Having worked in technology for over 20 years Cheryl has been actively part of the women in tech community encouraging more women to join the industry. Having spoken at events to running her own she has faced issues herself within the industry and has been trying to work from within to make it a more appealing industry for women to join and be successful!
