She has held various political positions as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador, and Member of Parliament. She championed women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, and access to technology.

She is also a digital transformation expert, trainer, and mentor, focusing on empowering women and SMEs through technology. Teuta founded the Women in Tech – Kosovo Chapter and spearheaded initiatives on smart cities and gender-sensitive urban mobility planning.
