Tony Hobley

As Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for OPMG, Tony partners with our agency CEOs and leaders to embed inclusion across our businesses, our employee experience and our client relationships. OPMG is a group of companies specializing in digital transformation, data-driven experience design and technology implementation, with 7,500+ employees across 26 countries.
Prior to his current role, he’s held several executive leadership roles leading marketing agencies and global client relationships, with stints in Dallas, New York, Los Angeles, Detroit and Paris France. Prior to OPMG, Tony ran Spark44 North America, the integrated Agency of Record (AOR) for Jaguar Land Rover, where he built and managed diverse teams across NY, LA and Toronto. He began his career working for Andersen Consulting in Detroit (now Accenture) as a Business Analyst.
Tony lives in Dallas, TX with his wife Caitlin McNally and two children Zoe Mayberry (5) and Pierce Jackson (3)
